Located in the floodplain of Lake LBJ, this house is raised out of grade by a board formed concrete foundation wall. An elevated wooden ramp brings you up to the main entry from grade. Working within a modest budget, the simple materials palette and straight forward detailing define the aesthetic of this lake house.
