Arthur grew up in Austin, TX where he developed a strong background in drawing and painting. He went on to study fine art at the Rhode Island School of Design where he majored in architecture. He graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Art and a Bachelors of Architecture. His prior experience includes multi-family, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. Arthur is a registered architect and a United States Green Building Coucil LEED Accredited Professional. Florida Architect Registration #AR95009.
